From Admin Overwhelm to AI Ally

There was a season when my inbox ruled my life — hundreds of unread messages, competing priorities, and people needing answers yesterday. I’d sit down with my coffee and feel the weight of overwhelm before the day even began.

That’s when I started experimenting with Artificial Intelligence — not as a shortcut, but as a way to reclaim space, clarity, and meaning.

Administrative Utopia, my forthcoming book, is about exactly that: helping administrators, assistants, and everyday orchestrators of life create systems that serve them — not the other way around. AI, surprisingly, became one of my most powerful allies in doing just that.
